The ultimate Dolomites classic. Named after the mountaineer Johann Santner, this fantastic via ferrata leads up to the Santner pass, with only the upper part conventionally secured. Most passages have to be climbed freely and therefore require a certain degree of surefootedness and freedom from dizziness. Those who have the time can also combine the two-sided accessible via ferrata with the Rotwand or Masaré via ferrata or even spend several days in the Rosengarten.
