Roadbook
The first part of the path runs just below the hiking trail, close above the water surface. A blue sign indicates the direction. For difficulties between A and C, it goes almost horizontally to the Himmelsleiter. Here, we climb outside the hiking trail that is blasted into the rock to reach the slabs above. In a curve, the path runs through slabby Dachstein limestone (B to C) to the highest point. Descending, a rope bridge (B) is eventually reached, which partly crosses directly over the Gosau circular path. Once more, it goes up to the Adlerhorst (B) with a bench and via ferrata logbook. Descending, last on a ledge, the starting point at the hiking trail is reached again (first A, then B).
