From the mountain restaurant, the path goes very steeply upward from the start - the secured path leads over partly sandy and loose ground in about 35 minutes to the summit. The path is mostly secured by steel cables, which is definitely an advantage in high alpine terrain.
At the top, you are then rewarded with the view - far below us lie the high mountain reservoirs, opposite is the Große Wiesbachhorn, and the Großglockner (although partly in the clouds) is the main focal point.
Derived from the technical difficulty and the stamina requirements.
