Via Ferrata Combiweek Ecrins: a multisport week with via ferratas as the central theme, but also a chance to get to know canyoning and mountain biking.
A week in sunny southern France with via ferratas as the central theme and a chalet as base! The NKBV trip leader teaches you the basics of via ferrata climbing and guides you through the via ferratas, providing additional security when necessary. Very fun, and ideal as an introduction are the optional activities canyoning and mountain biking!!
We start simple and then build up to longer and more difficult via ferratas, which we reach by our own cars. The routes go through deep gorges above mountain streams and steep sunny mountain walls, high above inhabited areas. Fear of heights is therefore out of the question and some strength in the arms and hands is needed to fully enjoy these iron paths in la douce France. Back at the chalet you can relax in the sauna or outside in the jacuzzi.
Note: This trip has been offered in the past by the NKBV. Due to possible changing conditions, you are always responsible for checking the current route conditions. Have yourself informed by the local tourist office or experts of the respective region, so you go safely and prepared on your way.
