The Alpini Trail runs without major altitude changes along the western side of Cima Undici, where it follows natural ledges.
Difficulty and general information: this ascent is largely more of a strenuous hike on old war paths than a climb. However, traversing the narrow ledges, excellently secured with steel cables, is an airy experience. The actual difficulties occur on the stretch from Forcella Undici to Passo della Sentinella.
