We start our city stroll through Trogir holiday-style with a second breakfast in one of the cafés on Obala Bana Berislavica, the harbor promenade. Omelette with cappuccino and pancakes with a small black coffee are the best way to admire the proud yachts at the quay. But parking a motorhome is clearly much more relaxed than maneuvering and mooring such a boat safely at the pier – no envy!

The first cultural highlight of Trogir we come across is the church of Sveti Dominik, but we ignore it – visiting the treasury of a Dominican monastery for a fee somehow sounds very questionable! At the end of the island, the Kamerlengo fortress and the round tower of Sveti Marko still stand somewhat forlornly, even though the whole area is now green and clean.
