Set off cautiously! You start with a tough rocky climb to reach the Causse. Then, you will enjoy crossing this space so characteristic of the Aveyron plateaus to chase away the lactic acid built up during the difficult ascent.
You go down on an easy path into the valley and then reach Fijaguet. The trail returns to the Causse, where you will enjoy a nice rolling section. You then descend to Panat where you will admire a remarkable viewpoint.
You will cross surprising rougiers, the village with red walls of Clairvaux, then climb through the vineyards of the valley to the village of Cassagnes. Enjoy the undeniable charm of this small village and turn your head to see the magnificent rougier before descending to Valady.
