Starting point
Start at the Petit Mousse cabin for a warm-up along the river. You will follow the Narcisse promenade in the heart of a peaceful and bright setting.
2
The Jaunay, a preserved natural area
Turn left and go up the street for 50m to reach the entrance to the footpath (on your left) that immerses you in a wild and preserved landscape between dunes and river. This marks your encounter with the Jaunay area.
3
In the heart of the dunes
Gradually the path invites you to enter right into the heart of the dunes, temporarily moving away from the river. To add some difficulty, the path will make you cross a sandy passage. A way to warm up your calves a bit.
4
Heading to the beach
You will then find the main access leading to the beach again. After this small technical passage, turn left to return to the riverbanks.
5
By the river
While following the path extending along the Jaunay, you will then move in a rather bucolic setting. On one side the river and its forested area in the background and on the other side pastures.
6
The Sauzaie stables
At the end of the path turn right towards the campsite, then you will enter the heart of a beautiful forested area. Passing by the Sauzaie stables, you might be lucky to see some horses.
7
The Sauzaie beach
Turn left to go down towards the Sauzaie beach. Once at the parking lot, turn back. Courage, you are halfway there!
