Karwendelmarsch

From Scharnitz in the Olympiaregion Seefeld in Tyrol, the route leads on a wide path gently uphill to the Karwendelhaus and then downhill to the Little Ahornboden. Afterwards, it goes back up on a stunningly beautiful path to the Falkenhütte at 1848 m and down a narrow, winding trail to the beautifully situated Almdorf Eng in the mountain landscape. Participants in the 35-kilometer category reach their finish here. Those who want to complete the entire route then climb the steep ascent via the Binsalm. Once at the top, it is downhill all the way to Pertisau, then after a fast singletrail the path leads into a wide trail and shortly before the end transforms into an asphalt road. Near Lake Achensee, the finish is finally reached.
