Haflinger mountain run

From Gasthof Sulfner, follow path no. 50; after a short section on asphalt a forest trail leads towards Falzeben. You cross a forest road and come to a fork near "Gmeindl." There is the possibility of a shortcut towards Hotel Viktoria via the "Sulfner Lacke" back to the starting point (approx. 3 km). Continuing uphill on path no. 50, you reach larch meadows and then the main road, where you take path no. 40 and reach Falzeben/Meran 2000. From there, follow path no. 14 back to a fork near the larch meadows, where you keep left this time and do not return the same way. This slightly steeper return route leads through the upper village of Hafling, past Gasthof Tschitt down to the last hairpin bends of Haflinger Straße to the tunnel. Passing the Carabinieri station, you take a small traffic-free asphalt road back to the starting point Gasthof Sulfner near St. Kathrein Church. 90% forest trail 10% asphalt
