Hádecké forests - pre-New Year's Eve NW run, 9.3 km.

The Hádecké forests are interwoven with a network of paths and trails ideal for Nordic Walking training. The run starts at the parking lot above Velká Klajdovka and winds around the broadcasting tower on the Hády summit to Šumbera. From there, along the yellow trail towards Kopaniny. Before the crossroads, I turn onto a gravel path that circles the entire Hády summit. After about 1.5 km, I turn right onto a forest trail that turns into a path, which steeply descends into a valley where I turn left onto the yellow trail. I continue to the R. Těsnohlídek memorial. There, I head left uphill and follow the path that turns right and climbs to the saddle above the ruins of Obřany Castle. Along the blue trail, we climb back to the gravel path and continue for another 1.6 km to below Hády, which we climb by the shortest direct route. We have reached the finish.
