Upwards it goes via the old Zwiesel trail, where you arrive directly at the Blomberghaus. On the descent from Zwiesel, you can take a break at the Speckeralm and enjoy the panorama.

On the descent, briefly follow the ascent route and then descend slightly to the right along the footpath to the Specker Alm. Then follow the path to the forest road and continue down this until back to the parking lot.
