This lap is a great way to get a quick workout after work.
Unfortunately, not enough forest running compared to the tarmac.
First on the tarmac and then in the forest, the route leads to Bildstein, which can be done quickly before or after work.

First take the road towards the district of Meschen and continue in the direction of Dreiländerblick. At the left-hand bend below Staudach, walk into the forest to reach Rickenbach. Follow the signs to Bildstein.
After crossing the Rickenbach and reaching the fork, follow the forest road towards Schneiderkopf (left).
After a while you come to a barrier and join the road, which you now follow towards Bildstein.
Here you head towards the church and once there, follow the path to the chapel which leads past the garden with many dwarves.
After passing the chapel, you return to the ascent path which you follow back to the start.
