Technically easy up to Kreuzkogel, from Kreuzkogel to Riffel partially secured with cables and somewhat exposed. Better to walk than run here ;)
From Kalbling to the Kinkehütte is also a bit more difficult.

Roadbook
It starts from Admont. At first, the route follows the road but soon continues on a hiking trail. The first goal is the Hahnstein, by which time you will have already covered about 1000 meters of elevation.
A few more meters of elevation follow up to the Kreuzkogel, the first 2000-meter peak of the route. We have now overcome a large part of the ascent and enjoy the scenic trail over to the Riffel. This section is the technically most challenging part of the route. In parts, there are cable protections. The last part up to the summit requires some easy climbing.
From the Riffel summit, an astonishing view opens up over the Gesäuse. Here you can catch your breath briefly before heading to the highest point of the route: the Sparafeld. As the fifth and last summit, we also include the Admonter Kalbling.
From there, the route descends to the Klinkehütte and from there back to Admont.
Public transport
You can start directly in Admont. Buses run regularly to Admont. Starting from the center of Admont extends the route a bit.Coordinates
