The route starts right at the ALMLOFT in Strugarjach. Follow the forest road as it climbs steadily toward the Sinacher Gupf. The first section is perfect for warming up and gaining elevation. After the last steep section, you’ll reach the panoramic summit of Sinacher Gupf (1,577 m), a striking foothill of the Karawanken.
From the summit, the trail leads downhill toward the Oreinzasattel/Vranjica—a technically challenging and occasionally root-strewn descent. This is followed by the next climb toward Rabenberg—a peaceful section with beautiful forest trails and frequent views of the Bodental valley and the main ridge of the Karawanken.
The route continues over the Halbingsattel (Albink) along the Singerberg ridge. This section offers a pleasant mix of runnable trails, short technical sections, and open stretches along the ridge. The Singerberg itself reaches just under 1,590 m and is one of the most beautiful vantage points in the area.
The descent follows marked trails down to Windisch Bleiberg. After a short stretch on the road, a quiet forest road leads back toward Strugarjach and ALMLOFT.
A long, varied loop with a true Karawanken character—ideal for anyone who wants to combine exercise, tranquility, and elevation gain.
