Leaving the old farmhouse behind, at the first fork take the right and descend into the woods, cross the bridge over the stream (normally now sadly dry) and follow the path along the old irrigation ditch (also dry) until reaching the road (via Resegone in Camparada). The path resumes a few meters to the right and follows the stream again. At the end, it emerges near the retention basin above Bernate.

Continue towards the church and here turn left onto the road of Roccolo, reach it and follow the path that brings us back to a fork just before the outward road.

Here we go up to the right and cross several fields; various paths return to the main path, but a somewhat rough small path allows us to stay on the ridge for the entire stretch, up to a beautiful panoramic viewpoint.

Here, after a walk around the fir grove, we re-enter the forest and rejoin the main path, right at the height of the first irrigation ditch we crossed. From here we head back.
