The route starts at the Sankenbach parking lot; from there you follow the course of the stream upstream towards Sankenbachsee. After the location Kienbächle, it goes along the wildlife enclosure to the forest playground. The ideal place to take a break. The playground even offers a covered resting area.
After crossing the stream, the path leads to the red deer enclosure. With some luck, you can admire the impressive stag with his hinds here.
Then the path runs a short stretch over the paved Sankenbachstraße before turning right and descending on the slope of the Stöckerkopf via the Stöckerweg back to the Sankenbach parking lot.
