This easy circular hiking route "Riedholz" can be combined with various "detours": The small herb path, the WaldSinne Aktiv trail, the reflection path, and the labyrinth lie on the way to Riedholz. In Riedholz, you have the option to stop at the nice beer garden of Gasthof Adler. Along the further path, you pass the St. Anna chapel. With prior registration, the interior of the chapel can be visited, and it is definitely worth it. Holy figures from around 1480 adorn the small chapel, which was built in 1732. The chapel is a protected monument. Thus, the Riedholz route is an ideal walk for families, art enthusiasts, or hikers who simply want to take a short route.
Author’s recommendation
Take a "moment of reflection" at the labyrinth and try to find the (own) center within the labyrinth.

The circular route begins at the village fountain and leads south along the wetland area with interesting medicinal herbs and wild plants (there is a branch to the WaldSinne activity trail here). After about 800 m, the path turns right (reflection path) across a meadow to a field path. There the path turns left towards the labyrinth (Bildstock). Here, you are greeted by a beautiful view of the Alpine foothills. It goes downhill to the road (beginning of Riedholz). There, keep right and walk along the road through the small hamlet of Riedholz with opportunities to stop. The path leads past the St. Anna chapel and then goes right uphill on a paved road towards Maierhöfen. We cross the main road and walk to the Bildstock. There you turn right to the main road and then left to Maierhöfen. Easy to walk, suitable for sporty strollers.
