In the Magic Forest, you can explore two differently long circular routes at your leisure: 2.1 km (blue arrows) or 1.4 km (yellow arrows), discovering beautiful forest paths with all kinds of magical creatures and learning quite a bit about our forest. For both young and old, this forest walk becomes a special experience. Of course, there are roots and gravel on the forest path, but the path is also suitable for the very little ones in strollers.

The Magic Forest is divided into four different themed areas.
It begins with the Gnome Forest. There, many small, cute gnomes with their colorful hats are waiting to be discovered. They pose one or another riddle to visitors, like in a gnome school. Can you find Erik Oak or Leni Linden and their forest friends? Next comes the Fairyland, where to discover the shy friendly beings with their little wings, it is worth looking upwards in this section of the trail. Can you spot them and count them? On the Ghost Path, no one really needs to be scared, as the lovable forest spirits enjoy nice visitors in their forest. Do you dare? The trail concludes with the Troll Path featuring funny and cheeky residents, the trolls. Since these are usually a bit pot-bellied and misshapen, visitors are encouraged to motivate them a bit physically and practice with them, for example, " flying" or collecting and throwing pine cones.

Bus:
The starting point of the route near the Häfele Hut in Killberg Forest is 1 kilometer from the Remigiusweg bus stop. Buses of the Nagold city transport run regularly there. From the bus stop, walk along Remigiusweg and turn left into Friedhofstraße at the end of the path, which you follow for several hundred meters. In the forest, take the third left turn to reach the marked starting point of the Magic Forest.

Coming from B28, follow the signs to the cemetery and drive past it up to Killberg to the Häfele Hut, where there are parking spaces at the forest edge. The Magic Forest is signposted from there.
