Hike to several restored mills in Terenten.
Right at the parking lot, you encounter the first signpost for the mill trail. A short way back to the main road, then left downhill to the old smithy on the Terner Bach, where there is again an information board. Now follow the stream uphill to the first mill. About halfway along the route, the hike passes directly by the earth pyramids. Continue along the Terner Bach until, at the end of the mill educational trail, you cross to the opposite side of the valley. Follow the path marked No. 1 and 2 past the Flitschhof back to Terenten. The entire route is very well signposted. Along the mill educational trail by the Terner Bach, six old mills have been carefully restored. All individual parts were rebuilt true to the original to make each mill fully functional again. In earlier times, water power was mainly used for grinding grain close to the village.
