The Kneipp doctrine is based on 5 pillars: these are described and experienced on the Kneipp path with information boards.
Walk in stork step through the water treading basin. On the three-kilometer-long Kneipp circular route, you not only learn a lot about the Kneipp doctrine and apply it, but also hike through beautiful, intact nature. At the highest point, a great view opens up. At the end of the route, a visit to the Obstgarten educational trail is recommended.
An arm bath, barefoot walking, and dew running await you, during which you refresh your legs in stork step. Learn about the use of a hay flower bag and enjoy your breathing exercises during the wonderful panoramic view.

Roadbook
Start is at the Obstgarten parking lot in Oberdorf Hemberg. We follow the signposts towards the bath, where after 200 meters you will reach the first Kneipp station. Continuing past the restaurant Bad, go barefoot along the idyllic bathing pond to the highlight of the route, the water treading basin. Following the path, which ascends slightly, we reach a forest clearing. Here the Kneipp board explains the use of the hay flower bag. After a small climb in the forest, we follow the road and turn towards Eggli. Soon we reach the highest point of the hike. Once there, a great view opens up. After a small descent, we return to the parking lot. At the end of the route, a visit to the Obstgarten educational trail is recommended.
