A loop trail between Bad Frankenhausen and Barbarossa Cave, available in three different lengths
The Südkyffhäuser Geopath introduces you to the Mediterranean-like Zechstein landscape of the Südkyffhäuser. Along the way, you’ll encounter unexpected questions and discover surprising answers. Can rocks stink, or can you bake bread out of plaster? Information boards along the trail invite you to take a whiff and touch the exhibits.
