The starting point is the Aldgaß hiking car park. The route is very well signposted and mostly follows a gravel path. The path leads into the mountain forest adventure trail, which you follow to Frillensee. Even on hot days, an ideal refreshment - shade-giving trees and the cold lake provide cooling. You then return along the forest road back to the hiking car park.
