Challenging hiking trail with information boards about the flora, fauna, and geology of the Wipptal.
From the mountain station take path no. 19A to the biotope "Kastellacke" and continue to Vallmingalm. From the rustic alpine village Vallmingalm, the path continues to Ladurns (first follow trail marker 14A, then at the fork follow the sign "Almensweg"). Past the Ladurner hut and on to Toffringalm. The hike now leads over the slopes of the Pfaffenberg to the Allrissalm. Descend via path no. 27, then walk along the forest road back to the valley station of the Ladurns lift. Return to the starting point by local bus. The route can easily be shortened at the Ladurns chairlift mountain station (descent by lift). The entire route is continuously and uniformly marked and signposted. The Dolomites actually cover a much more southeastern area, but outcrops of the dolomite rock do reach the area immediately south of the Brenner Pass.
