Between vineyards and blooming almond trees, Saillon offers a spring walk where pink and white hues guide you to the heart of its charming village.
The Almond Tree Path, 3.5 km long, invites you to a bucolic walk through the heart of the vineyard and village of Saillon. From the end of winter, the almond trees are the first to bloom, lighting up the vineyards with pink and white hues. From Place Farinet, the route climbs into the village, passes the medieval-inspired garden near the Sainte-Catherine church, then runs along the vineyard slope, offering a lovely view of Tour Bayart and the Rhône plain.
Author’s recommendation
