From Pisciadel parallel to the Bernina Pass road to the Sfazu parking lot and on the other side of the road towards Saoseo Hut. At about 1850 m altitude, turn right over the stream to the houses of Terzana. Behind these, follow the marking uphill through the forest, describing a clockwise arc, passing the junction to Aurafreida. At about 2300 m altitude, you reach a plateau. Turn back here in case of avalanche danger; if conditions are safe, continue to the saddle between Motal and Piz dal Teo and then right to the summit of Motal.
Return via the ascent route.
