Dundel Loop

The trail starts at the Turren restaurant. The terrain descends slightly towards the valley, then becomes a bit steeper as it goes down to Alp Dundel. On the flat plain, we follow the Dundelsbach at a safe distance. Passing the old cheese storage buildings until the lowest point of the tour, the "Chlemmerä." The stream bed is very shallow there and a temporary wooden bridge is installed for crossing. The return route goes over the lightly shaded, snow-safe north side of the Turren ridge back to the mountain road and the Turren restaurant.
