Roadbook
The route is marked with orange-white orienteering control flags and the first control point is near Ukkohalla's Akan kiusaus and Hallan kurvi slopes (slope number 1 and 13). You can easily access the route by walking along the lower part of the slopes. From the first control point, the route follows the edge of the slope for a short distance, then continues into the forest on the other side of the slope. From the ski slope, you ascend a steep hill into the forest, after which the route climbs steeply towards the summit of the fell, very close to the ski slopes. You will encounter a ski slope, which is crossed, followed immediately by a snowmobile track. The snowmobile track is crossed again quite quickly and the route continues through the forest until you reach Lämpölatu road and the ski lift upper station comes into view. To the left, on the other side of Lämpölatu road, are the SkyCabins. The route continues along the road directly toward the ski lift upper station. The route then turns left past the parking lot toward a wooden storage building and a lit warming trail. Continue past the wooden storage building about 100 m, where magnificent fell views open up. Head back toward the warming trail and continue down near the western ski slopes. The last control point is located above a large parking area right at the base of the slopes.
