Sledding in the Halltal is winding and varied for the family, but never particularly steep - these are ideal conditions for a sledding outing for young and old.

Roadbook
At the entrance of the Halltal above Absam, the trail goes a few meters past the barrier via the left branching path.
A short steep climb follows before the sledding run moderates its steepness and you gradually gain altitude at a leisurely pace. It gets steeper from the bend, which then leads towards Runstboden. From here it also becomes more winding until you reach the small hill with the club hut. The descent follows the ascent route.
The ascent takes about 40 minutes.
