Sledding fans can zip down the white glitter carpet until 10:00 pm.

The sled must be pulled to the starting point - there is no lift available.

Roadbook
From the parking lot to the sledding run (at the foot of the Almweg) it is about a 1 km walk.
After another 30 minutes you reach the starting point of the sledding run.
The sledding run is about 1.2 km long and is illuminated.

Public transportation:
The most sustainable travel option is by train (coming from Villach) to Hermagor.
From Hermagor you then reach the town of Rattendorf via the station shuttle, as well as bus / ski bus (the ski bus is free for cross-country skiers).
Alternatively, there is the possibility to travel by bus/ski bus from the direction of Kötschach-Mauthen or Villach to Hermagor or Rattendorf.
The sledding track is about 1 km from the bus stop.

Directions
Arrival by car:
Via the B111 (Gailtal Road) - coming from Kötschach-Mauthen (direction Hermagor) - you drive up to the village of Jenig.
Here you turn right after the gas station, direction Rattendorf (Rattendorfer Landesstraße).
You follow the road and then reach the parking lot on the right, about 350 m after the center of Rattendorf.
Via the B111 (Gailtal Road) - coming from Hermagor (direction Kötschach-Mauthen) - you drive toward Tröpolach/Nassfeld junction (along the B90). In Tröpolach, you turn right from the B90 after the fire station toward Rattendorf (Rattendorfer Landesstraße).
You follow the road and shortly after the beginning of Rattendorf you reach the parking lot on the left side.
Parking
Free parking spaces are available at the cross-country center - directly next to the Rattendorfer Landesstraße.
The sledding track is about 1 km from the parking lot.
