You can reach the top station of the Zehnerkarbahn either by cable car (saves 600 vertical meters) or along the piste.
From the top station, cross briefly with a slight ascent southwards to the cliffs left of the Gamsspitzl. Now, very steeply enter the Zehnerkar and ski around the southeast spur of the Zehnerkarspitze southwards more or less far depending on your preference. Then skins are put on. Now ascend gently northwestwards in the Zinnerkar. The southwest ridge of the Zehnerkarspitze is reached somewhat steeper. From the ridge, you can now head directly to the summit cross.
Descent: The steep southwest slopes of the Zehnerkarspitze offer plenty of descent options into the Zinnerkar, which can be skied down at will. Now it’s time to put skins back on and return around the southeast spur in the Zehnerkar, lastly rather steeply back to the piste area. The descent via the Zehnerkar piste then forms the end of the route.
