Zehner

Starting point for the Zehner is the parking lot Pederü (1548 m) in the Rautal, a side valley of the Gadertal. Along the road (toboggan run) to the Lavarellahütte (2042 m, 2:00 hrs; managed). Just before the hut, go right up a slope and to the right of a rock face continue straight on over a short steep step into a small flat hollow, which you follow in its entirety. Over flat terrain you come to a hollow left of a striking rock formation (Ciastel de Fanes). Through this hollow up and then slightly left to the left edge of the large summit slope. On the left side up over the ridge – a rock band is bypassed on the right. Again at the left edge up into the small saddle left below the west ridge of the Zehner (ski deposit here). Then right over the steep rock ridge (secured) to the summit of the Zehner.
