Refreshments and overnight accommodation: Restaurant Bergpfeffer, Gasthof Baumschlagerberg, Gasthof Stockerwirt and several private rooms in Vorderstoder.Roadbook
We get off at the Hacklliften lifts and climb up the two former lift slopes. Directly above the Almgasthof Baumschlagerberg, on the western edge of the meadow, the wide path turns off into the forest. Several times we come across signposts to the "Wildalm", which we follow along the summer trail 11/12. Again and again we cross the forest road.
At around 1300 metres, at a hunter's high point, the steep section through the mixed forest begins. After around three quarters of an hour, the terrain begins to flatten out and we soon see the Wildalm huts. From here, the tour leads gently but steadily uphill through sparse larch forest to the tree line. Here we keep to the right on the summit plateau to the small summit cross. In fine weather, there is a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
The descent follows the ascent track.
