Tauernrace vertical

In Innerfragant, at the material cableway to the Fraganter Schutzhaus, the competition starts, first leading up a steeper forest path and winding gently in the upper part to the Fraganter Schutzhaus. From here it goes briefly slightly downhill to then ascend again westwards towards the Mellenunterböden. A short slope with individual larches is the only critical point on the ascent, which may only be crossed under safe conditions. Otherwise, there is an alternative lower down! The ascent track always leads directly from the Mellenböden to the summit of Mulleter Sadnigs. Those who make it this far may always feel like winners.
