The starting point of the tour is directly at the pass summit of the Dientner-Sattel. From there, after crossing the trail, it goes over a gently ascending meadow southwards to the Schönbergalm. Up to the Schönbergalm, the tour follows the forest road. Just before the Schönbergalm, we turn right towards Taghaube.
