Do not take the summer trail north from the summit. Risk of falling.

Instead, descend about 500 meters southwest to then head north down into the forest.

Roadbook

Start at the Balm ruins, following the old Balmberg road to the junction with the Zwischenberg hiking trail. Ascend on the hiking trail, then approximately follow the ski touring route through the forest to the ridge. Continue up following the hiking trail to the Röti. Descend before the snow hole through the forest and follow the path to Balmberg and back to the Balm ruins parking lot on the old Balmberg road.
