At the railway tracks at the western edge of Lähn there are three options for the ascent: over the right ridge, through the Wiestal along the Moosbach stream and on the left over an open strip. All meet near the Wieshütte (approx. 1700 m). Through the Wiestal - assuming safe conditions - up until the valley widens. Cross the Moosbach stream and keep left on the slopes towards the summit ridge. Ascend this (sections with 35 degrees) to the summit.
Descent either the same way as the ascent over the ridge or, if conditions are safe, from the summit down left into the eastern cirque. For ascent and descent through the Wiestal, sufficient snow is a prerequisite (larches!!)
