From Langtaufers through the Rosel valley and past the Ochsenberg Alm uphill to Mittereck
Through between house and barn. Follow the path briefly to the signpost. Continue right through open terrain and in a right-left bend back into the forest. This leads to the path, which slopes diagonally right at a wayside cross up to the water intake at the entrance of the Ochsenberg valley. Here, at about 1900 m, you meet the forest road coming from the left. Follow this, shortcutting the bends twice, and then enter the Rosel valley to Ochsenberg Alm with the small chapel of Saint Wendelin (approx. 2158 m). Now left along the stream upstream over a short step into the valley hollow and right of the stream briefly down into a shallow hollow. Diagonally along the right side of the valley until before a rocky barrier that closes the valley. Steeply up the right slope and above the barrier, flat left to a wayside shrine. Through a small plain and diagonally right uphill, and under point 2517 m into a hollow. Now over the left ridge and diagonally left up to the summit cross.
