First, we walk on a forest road, initially slightly downhill, then along a sunken path to the Staner houses. From there, you can reach the Staner hut via the forest road or, as a shortcut, along the summer path. In the now open terrain heading north, we first stay on the orographically left side of the stream, mostly crossing it where it is completely snow-covered, and continue ascending over a gentle ridge northwards. We cross the following steep slope to the right to the beginning of a high valley, which we follow to the cirque south of Lonzaköpfl. From there, you either ascend the cirque or head west onto the ridge and continue to the destination at about 2400 m. The descent is either along the ascent route, or from the cirque directly over the southern slopes or depressions as shown in the track.
