For the ascent on the Gerlitzen, the mountain railways charge €13. The signage at the parking lot directs us straight to the ticket office. After that, you can choose to ascend along the piste edge or the forest path. Eastwards over a meadow and only later on forest paths (well signposted) to the summit.
Author’s recommendation
On the descent, you should not miss a break at the very cozy Huber Hütte (around 1600m).
