The tour begins after the ascent with the gondola lift to the Bischlinghöhe (1834 m). We ski down the first section on the slope to the Grundalm at 1,474 m and initially hike on the forest road, later through the forest north of the Frommer-Niederalm to the Frommer Kogel (1,883 m). Descent via the Hochalm back to the Grundalm. After the short climb to the Anton Proksch House (1,586 m), we ski down a forest road to Zaglauwinkel.
