Take the Danterceppies gondola up past the Grödner Joch. Once at the top, follow the skin track to the Jimmihütte and put on your skins there. Then climb up a gentle gully below the Große Cierspitze. From there, cross a small rocky saddle into the Kedultal, which you could also ascend from Wolkenstein. However, that would add 900 meters of ascent on the altimeter. Then traverse diagonally and aim for the Forcola di Crespeina, steering towards the summit ridge of Col Toronn. Over the short ridge, reach the summit of Col de Toronn. Descend the summit slope to the northeast until you reach a flat high plateau. Cross it on the left edge towards the north and then find an entrance through two rocks into the Langental, directly opposite the Puez hut. At the valley floor below, follow the valley floor westward and finally reach the edge of Wolkenstein via a cross-country ski trail.
