Roadbook

From the parking lot of the valley station of the Palüd cable car, follow the slope up to the lower Zalimalpe. From here, continue into the flat valley towards Brüggelealpe. Then head west over a steep step through the forest to the upper Brüggelealpe at about 1700 m. Now turn right and ascend the southeast slope into the cirque of the Windeggerspitze. Continue up the increasingly steep summit slope to the saddle. From here, depending on conditions, proceed on foot or skis to the summit.
