Author’s recommendation
Tulln is one of Austria's oldest towns with an almost 2000-year history. It is worth parking your bike at the busy main square and taking a short stroll through the town.

Navigation on this route is relatively simple. We start at the Peace Bridge on the Danube Canal and follow the bike path straight to Nussdorf. Here we reach the Danube Cycle Path, which we follow from now on to Tulln. Along the way, there are repeated opportunities to refresh yourself or cool off at one of the beach baths.
In Tulln, we make a short detour to the main square, where there are several options for a break. For the return trip to Vienna, we take the bike path on the north bank of the Danube.
