Circular route with some highlights and swimming opportunities around the Leoganger and Loferer Steinberge. Varied with fast stretches, but also winding ascents and descents. Rustic and traditional alpine huts and Austrian hospitality in cozy inns accompany the endurance cyclists.

    Roadbook

Simply follow the signs for "Steinbergrunde." Start at the service center in Maria Alm and head towards the fire station. Follow the bike path to the Alm village, there cross the federal road to the right and continue your route towards Rain. Ride on to Ramseiden up to the barracks and then follow the Tauern bike path to Weißbach. This section offers a good, paved bike path that takes you to Lofer. In Lofer, you cross the town center towards Pass Strub. Here there are two options: either you follow the partially gravel path or take the federal road (caution: tunnel). From the main road, turn left onto the traffic-calmed street to Waidring and then turn left again towards Pillersee. Shortly after St. Ulrich, head in the direction of Schwendt. Now a wonderful road awaits you to Wiesensee. From there, continue on the bike path to Hochfilzen. Past Grießensee, it goes downhill to Leogang and Saalfelden. Finally, cycle back on the already traveled bike path to Maria Alm.
