Today's stage also leads us westward, as we increasingly leave the Alps and the terrain becomes flatter – we approach the Rhône plain. After "Les Gaudins," we come across the stream "Le Calavon," which we cross and then follow. This stage has fewer ascents than the last few days, but it is not entirely without climbs – some views are part of it.
