San Romedius Pilgrimage Path

Spectacular views are guaranteed here, after all, the path that Saint Romedius is said to have taken across the Alps overcomes more than 9,700 meters of elevation gain in total, and it takes about 12 days to complete. Physical fitness and mountain experience are prerequisites, but you will be rewarded with a unique natural experience. The path is well marked with the orange Romedius logo, but can only be walked from mid-June to early October due to weather conditions. From Thaur, it goes first to Mieders, Trins and Obernberg, St. Anton and Pfelders to Völlan to Our Lady in the Forest, and finally to San Romedio.
