Long and fascinating Via Crucis that starts from Laives and arrives in Pietralba.
From Laives, you leave the village going uphill on an asphalted stretch. Then you take a path on the right where there are signs of the Via Crucis and the First Station. The path climbs steeply with panoramic views of the Adige Valley up to the mid-slope, where entering Vallarsa you continue to climb more gently up to Mezzavia. From here the climb becomes steep again until "Drei Viertel", where you leave Vallarsa and take the final plateau to the Sanctuary, which you reach with one last ascent.
