Pilgerwege Deutschland
The Munich Jakobsweg leads from Munich via Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammersee, Pfaffenwinkel, and Allgäu to Lindau or Bregenz. (Feeders come from Scheyern and Freising to Lake Ammersee.)
The Munich Jakobsweg begins at St. Jakob am Anger and goes via Marienplatz and Isartor to Ludwigsbrücke over the Isar. On the eastern riverbank, it passes through the Isar meadows past the Hellabrunn Zoo. At Marienklause, we cross to the western side of the Isar and continue through Pullach to Schäftlarn Abbey.
