Lachenköpfle tour

The largest of the Weihermatte tours is quite demanding and, at almost 11 kilometers, the second longest of our Nordic walking routes. It runs northwards past the little castle and follows the slopes of the Wolf Valley up into the middle valley near Oberwolfach. There it circles the Lachenköpfle and passes the Lachenberg through the Katzenwald to Katzenkopf, then continues through the Frauenwald to Burgeck and Burggraben. The last section of the path, like the outward route from the little castle, runs along the forest edge path.
